What Causes Intense Headache Above Left Eye During Sleep?
For the past 2 weeks I have been getting a headache at the same time every night. It is just above my left eye and also my temple and it goes Into my gums/teeth all on the left side. I go to bed about 10:30 pm and always between 11:30-12:45 I wake up to this intense throbbing and severe pain. I m not sure if it is a headache. It usually last 45 min to an hour

Hi,
You might be having alarm clock headache which has particular timings to show its symptoms.
You should consult opthalmologist for eyes once if any problem in relation to eye.
You must go for check up of your blood pressure too .it might be high blood pressure which is known as hypertension.
for now you can take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg when you have headache.
