I have insomnia but when I finally do sleep I have very bizarre dreams. So terribly some just bizarre also during my awake t have tics like jerking my head left and turning my eyes as far as I can in the same directions several times in a row. Or like sucking my breath in and grunting quietly or holding it and second and tensing up. These tics are becoming noticeable to the people around me. I had them as a child to but not this bad
