General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Kindly provide any drug intake history if present for giving more comment. Usually, mild variation can occur in blood pressure measurement.

Check your blood pressure regularly by mercury thermometer, and if remain constant high above 140/90, then further workup needed, otherwise no need.

Adopt a healthy lifestyle. A low salt diet should be taken. Regular exercise is advisable, and consult the physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
