What Causes Inflammation In Eyes After Taking Lanzoprazole?
Hi I m a 66 yr old lady , have been taking Lanzoprazole sporadically for years however I ve taken it for 6 wks concurrently and having been suffering a most severe inflammation in both eyes, I ve t Been to eye causality twice and am on lubricating drops hourly for three moths and lubricating gel 1 month and anti inflammatory drops 1 month. Is this condition caused by Lanzoprazole , I ve had IOL s April and Aug due to cattaracts Jane UK

I dont think lanzoprazole can cause eye inflammation.
This might a primary eye infection. I would suggest you to keep a regular follow-up with your eye specialist.
