Hi, My 3 year old son woke this morning with a red swollen ear. He did not complain about it at all and I checked for any visible signs of bites. Nothing was seen nor is there anything inside the ear that is unusual. My cousin felt it today stating it felt slightly warm. He was outside all day without any reaction to the ear. Tonight the swelling spread to his cheek as well and he has redness that looks like a sideburn. The ear feels slightly warm to me.
