My 3 year old is circumcised. His penis and genital area is very red and itchy. He is just getting over an unknown virus where he broke out in large bumps in random places on his body. No fever, vomiting, some diarrhea with this virus. Now his genital area has been a deep red with small bumps on it. I have been using Nystatin because he used to use that when he had yeast infections before but it does not seem to be helping. I have researched and have no idea what this is.
