What Causes Inferiority Complex And Sleeplessness?

Hey doc I wanted to name a few problems that I was going through and I want to know if there is any sort of diagnosis for them. firstly i would like to say iam always scared and insecure when i go out i feellike people are talking about me and people are staring at me when really they might not be. and I wanted to say i have sleeping problems like at night time i can not go to sleep even if the day before i have woken up as early as 5am and when its 1am or 2am the following night i am wide awake. Or i have some days where i do fall asleep and wake up in the morning and just can t sleep. Secondly i get distracted very easly and for get stuff for example i sometimes forget where i have brought clothes from. Then if i have money i just spend huge amounts of it on stupid stuff. I get irritated and snappy too.also i always feel like people are talking about me, Al

Hello
Your symptoms of feeling of inferiority and sleeplessness are suggestive of a anxiety spectrum disorder. When the person has anxiety and low confidence, these symptoms can appear.
I would advise you to follow some tips:
Avoid day time nap.
Go to bed at regular time. Never keep lying on bed idly.
Dont take tea,coffe,chocolates at bed time.
Dont do vigorous exercises while doing to bed.
Have a good exposure to batural light in daytime.

If you still feel problem, you can take medication like escitalopram in low doses.
Visit a psychotherapist for counselling sessions.
