What Causes Indigestion And Abdominal Pain?
Hello, I am a female, since a few days I have had indigestion, and I often suffer from indigestion every few months or so. Since last night my stomach in the centre was in pain and I caught up with indigestion pretty much all day today, along with that my left abdominal hurts...I am just wondering what could be the cause of this and why I get this?

Eat high fibre diet like fruits and green leafy vegetables. Are u also having constipation????? Any complain of nausea vomiting?
