I'm having problems with indigestion and sometimes feeling kind of sick to my stomach after I eat. I have cut down on my coffee intake, drinking only 1 cup of decaf a day. Also, my stools are usually (but not always) and greenish gray color, which is not normal for me. I do make smoothies in the morning that have spinach in them, but I didn't have one for 4 days, and still had that color of stool. Just wondering what to do next.
