ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, Thank you for writing HCM.

I read your question and symptoms that you have mentioned.
1. spinning head
2. vomiting
3. tinitus
4. hearing loss

These are the symptoms of meniers disease, where abnormality is found in the semicircular canals(balance) and auditory nerve(hearing).

I advise you to consult an ENT and Audiologist get these tests done
1. Puretone audiometry and reflexometry
2. VEMP
3. Caloric tests

These symptoms can be controlled by medication only. And also use a hearing instrument for hearing loss(if hearing loss >40dB HL).

All the best
