What Causes Increased Pulse Rate And Blood Shot Eyes After Drinking Beer?

i took a beer today and what happened as took my pulse rate was 140 nearly double and all my face and eyes got red bloody and on my boody at different parts there were blood clotts so i want to know why this happens and its is happening from last 2 yrs i am not able to take any drinks
