What Causes Increased Hunger And Severe Fatigue?

I m unsure on what is causing my symptoms. Three weeks ago I had a very small appetite and now my hunger is out of control. I never truly feel full and can t stop myself from eating. Lately I have also felt very fatigued even without much effort and no matter what I do. I find it hard to get myself to exercise or do tasks that I must do. More recently I have also been more gassy and feeling a small amount of pelvic cramps. Feeling anxious or depressed also has come on and off.
