When I get on the stair climber my heart rate goes immediately up to 189-193 and stays there for the duration of my exercise. I find it hard to breath and often times cough when I am done. What could that be? I am a 47 year old woman that has had several cases of pnemonia and whooping cough about 6 years ago.
normaly heart rate increases after exercise more blood supply is requered to muscle. in your case you are having dyspnoea. so gofor ECGand cardiologist consultation. if requered treatment can be given accordingly.
