What Causes Increase In Heart Rate?

hey.. I'm 22 year old boy and I really got nervous when I have to prove myself or show something on real stage..my heart beat got faster when its comes to front for proving myself against something to someone. Just like today and everytime I faced when I go to girl for talk like date or going for any challenges things like proving myself when it comes for playing games. Please help me I'm really so fucked up with these problems.
