Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

If an x-ray is normal, then fracture is ruled out. There could be a possibility of muscular spasm or injury to tendon or ligament. Follow up with a doctor should be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak Patel
