I am a 44 year old male. My weight is 81 kg and height 5’ 9”.I am experiencing a strange weight problem! For the last 10 months (since Dec. 2013) I’ve been jogging for one hour daily, 5 times a week, but still unable to reduce my weight.I take 3 meals a day, but have stopped eating White Rice in these 10 months. I do not drink. No fast foods! No junk foods! No sweets! My weight was 77 kg 10 months back, increased to 80 kg & decreased to 78 kgs in-between, and currently its 81 kg. Just what is wrong with my body? It is obvious I fall in the Obese category. I want my weight to be around 71 kg, but how can I do that when all my Joggings are having little or no impact on the fat content around my belly.Can you please first of all explain what is wrong in my body or where exactly I am going wrong?Thanking you in advance for your reply!
