What Causes Inability To Focus On Things For A Long Period Of Time?
I think that for years I have had ADD. I cannot focus on one thing very long. I will go do something, then I get distracted and go to another task. By the end of day I have 3-5 tasks I did not finish. This is affecting not only home life but no work. This then starts to give me anxiety knowing I cannot focus on one thing. I do currently take Lamictal for depression and .25 of Zanax as needed. It does not help most of the time. Is there to have an online exam for adderall?
