What Causes Impaired Thoughts And Depression Post Treatment For Psychosis?

My son 24 yrs old 1 month diagnosed as psychosis nos from work related stress and was started with sizadon 3mg/2mg . No he feels he is not active like before ,and most of the time worried wether he can perform smart as before , since he was very active with work before he is afraid wether the treatment will make him dull and may be not able to perform well as before . he always browse the internet , read about the desease and medications gets worried with negative thoughts.

All medications unfortunately are associated with possible side effects that may or may not occur.

It is possible that the effects would not occur and he may have a good response.
If intolerable effects do occur then he can speak to his doctor and the medication can be changed to one that he can tolerate.
