General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, impaired balance and thoughts with
ringing ear and migraine indicate possible issue with intra cerebral or
internal ear issue as labyrinth, cochlea or else.

* In my clinic, after primary evaluation of Weber and Rinne`s tests,
audiometry is best way to proceed as to decide whether an MRI is
required or not.

Thank you.
Regards.
