What Causes Imbalance In The Legs After A Femoral Bypass Surgery?

I am 74 , 12 years ago both legs needed femoral bypass surgery. since then I have lost foot control to a large degree and consequently balance. now for 10 months muy right hand sometimes tremors slightly in a resting position I have no stiffness problems and exercise at a fitness center 4 days per week. do I have parkinsons? YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The cause for loss of foot control could be due to some lesion in his cerebellum and not due to previous history of surgery he has undergone.
He needs to undergo detailed neurological examination along with certain investigations to diagnose what could be the cause for it, so that it can be treated accordingly.
Kindly consult Neurologist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
