What Causes Hyperacidity With Loose Stools And Fatigue?

Hello. I am 8 days post ovulation. I am experiencing acidity in my stomach, loose stool, fatigue, and today frequent urianation. I do smoke cigarettes and that is beginning to make me feel nauseous (happened with a previous pregnancy before I knew I was pregnant). Is it possible I am pregnant or is it too early to be reading into these signs??

Hi,

During pregnancy many physiological changes occur that favor the appearance of non-physiological changes. Before thinking about a pregnancy (which I do not rule out) you have to take into account the risk factors to develop acute gastritis. One of the most important risk factors is cigarette smoking, among others, intake of soft drinks, coffee consumption, use of NSAIDs (non-steroidal analgesics), copious meals and pregnancy.

Regarding your question, of course there are chances that you are pregnant, since the non-specific symptoms of pregnancy, such as nausea, sialorrhea, increased urinary frequency, among others, appear during the first trimester of pregnancy, and disappear in the beginning of the second trimester of pregnancy. To make sure, it's best to get a pregnancy test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
