What Causes Hot Hands?
I suffer from fibromyalgia, and have been shown the 8 points of sensitivity on my body by a consultant , however my hands are unbearably hot 24/7, i even wake during the night to put them on a cold surface. Can you confirm if it is associated with my ailment or is it something else?

It seems like your symptoms are due to fibromyalgia. In fibromyalgia it is found that there is increase in nerve supply of blood vessles to palm. This increases the sensitivity of the affected part to certain sensations like heat.
That is the reason for increase in the heat you feel on your pal.
