What Causes Hot Feeling In Throat And Excessive Thirst?

I have been having firey feelings in throat lately from time to time especially at night. I also been waking up thirsty in the night and extremely thirsty in the morning. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? I do breathe from my mouth and it is winter time so i turned off my space heater at night.

According to your history following should be ruled out... (probable diagnosis)..
-acute Rhinitis
-pharyngitis
-post nasal drip from above condition

Your work up done as follow for this ...
-rhinoscopy nose examination
-Posterior pharynx examination
-CBC with AEC

If AEC more than 400 than fexofenedine course given

For congestion relief benadryl or phenylephrine like antihistaminic drug prescribed...

Salt water gargle done three times a day

Use hot water for drinking

Add one drop eucalyptus in hot water bowl and take Steam inhalation from that three times a day..

Vitamin C lozenges useful...

Take care

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and further work up accordingly
