What Causes Hives On Body After Alcohol Consumption?

I have had hives for about 2 months now Nd occasionally see small bruises on my upper legs. I had a glass of wine last night and broke out in hives within minutes. It doesnt seem to be all alcohol as I had 2 gins last week and I was fine. I can t seem to pinpoint if its a certain food or drink. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Based on your description I think you might be having urticaria secondary to allergy, which could have occurred because of any food, drinks, dust, climactic changes etc. I advise you to take antihistamine for the above.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
