all i can hear is a hissing noise sometimes it feels as tho its just in 1 ear but today its in both some times my right ear feels as tho it shuts down for a second and make me scared thinking im about to die or something also my throat i cant stop swollowing because i feel like i have a lump in my throght or as if im treying to swallow the dangly thing at the back of my throat it feels like i want to swallow maybe flem but when i swallow it is still their could this be something seriose.
as for my ears this is a real problem because i realy do beleive it is stoping me think properly cause all i hear is hissing
