Hi,
Your blood cholesterol is high.
Cut down fat and carbohydrates in your diet.
But important is daily exercise.
Avoid sedentary life.
Go for daily exercises like running, swimming, jogging for about 30-35 minutes daily for 5 days in a week.
Exercise will keep good control on your cholesterol.
Ok and take care.
