I am a 47 year old healthy female. Works out 4 x week 5.4" @ 150lbs. why is it when i check my bp the higher number on average is over 130, 140 or higher but the lower number is always between 64 to 74 on average. I am also going through premenopause. I feel my symptoms of mild anxiety trigger this odd bp spike for upper number. As soon as I take 3 deep breaths and retake the bp it quickly gets back to a lower number 132 or 124/72. Is this normal?
