I JUST LOOKED UP MY BLOOD WORK RESULTS ONLINE THRU MY DOCTORS OFFICE .. IT SHOWED RBC S AND WBC S MARKED HIGH. ABSOLOLUTE EOSINOPHILS SHOWED HIGH . EPITHELIAL CELLS SHOWED FEW. UROBLIOGEN SHOWED HIGH . I LOOKED AT THE WBC AGAIN AND IT WAS IN THE 100,000 AND UNSURE THE RBC S NUMBER TOTAL. IM NOT SURE WHAT THAT ALL MEANS . IVE RESEARCHED ALL DAY AND SOMEHOW IT KEEPS COMING BACK TO MAYBE CRONIC LEUKEMIA . CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT.
Hi....I m Dr. Kumarbhargav....pathologist... I understand your problem.... looking to your blood reports....you mentioned high WBC count....now...also high eosinophil count....You have not mentioned Total WBC count per cumm....i would required for exact answer....though.... As your WBC count (eosinophil count) raised....it may be commenest...due to allergy...or parasites....very rarely due to hypereosinophilic syndrome...which is if there is marked eosinophilia....above....3000/cumm absolute eosinophils.... Just....let your peripheral smear examined by qualified pathologist...he will tel you about whether abnormal cells like blasts...are there to remove your leukemia concern.... And just for eosinophilia if follow to find out...cause....like allergy....or parasites if any..... So simple peripheral smear examination from your blood sample..by qualified pathologist...will guide you..... Thanks for contacting....if you need please provide....full CBC...or ask any doubt....good luck....
