Over the last 18 months my husband has had PSA scores of , 4.7, 4.5, 3.9 and 3.7. The most recent one is 4.6. Is there a reason other than cancer that could cause this? His consultant told him not to return to him unless it goes over 5. The only other test he has had is DRE. He is 43.
