General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello thank you for writing us here.
The high heart rate is because of anxiety due to caffeine. It makes you nervous and sweat sometimes as well.
I would suggest you to decrease the caffeine intake from your diet. Take juice in morning instead and you'll feel fresh. Do it for a week and you'll feel better I'm sure.
No need for medicines for you.
God bless you.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
