What Causes High Heart Beats And Pain?
I am 51,195 lbs 5'10 I have a pace Maker for 4 years now and I have shape pains at times and then get very tired after. I just went to doctors for I fell and hit my head They checked my pace maker and said I have had some high heart beats 181at times I had a cardiac catherization that showed no blockages now they want me to wear a monitor that will montoir me 24 7 to see what is going on What do you think?

Cardiac myopathy need to be ruled out else such condition could be normal one until and unless proved some underlying pathology cardiac monitoring is the only option that could clear some doubt, hope this information helps.
