What Causes High Fever?
My daughter has had a fever for two days, today it spiked up to 107.1 degrees F. She does not have a cough, she does not have any rashes, she does not have any stiffness, she does not have any problems with her pee or poop. What could be causing such a high fever?

Could be malaria or viral infection. You need to get the child examined by a doctor as soon as possible. Take care.
