Now my neck and back hurt really bad I still have a headache, but now it s like a migraine but fevers gone and I m wicked lethargic. Should I go to ER now or wait to see my doctor tomorrow morning?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I hope you must be taking all sort of cardioprotective medication postoperatively. There might be other reasons too for arm pain but cardiac causes to be ruled out first. Proper evaluation is required for that. Some people have habits of keeping arm under the head n sleep. This also creates pain. Nerve compression may lead to the tingling sensation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajaygupta009, General & Family Physician
