What Causes High Fever And Inflammation In The Gums Of An Infant?
My daughter who is 26. She is breastfeeding her 6 month old. She was diagnosed with strep 2 weeks ago but she only took her antibiotic for one day because it decreased her milk supply. Now she is running a high fever and her gums are extremely red and sore. She said it is hard for her to eat and her mouth is very sensitive to hot and cold. What could be causing this?
