What Causes High Fever Along With Headaches And Jaw Pain?

I have a fever of 105 and I took mucinex DM at 4:30 at 5:30 I took two alleve. My head is killing me and my left ear as well as the left side of my jaw aches. What else can I take to get rid of the headache and jaw pain? Fever spiked to 106 at around 6pm but is now slowly going down
