What Causes High Blood Sugar Level Without Eating?
Hello: What causes ones glucose numbers to go up without eating anything. Example ... At 6:45am I got up to go to the bathroom and took my glucose reading at that time and the number was 109. I went back to bed and at 8:00am I got up for the day. I took my glucose reading again and this time it is now 145 without doing anything except sleeping another 1 1/4 hour? No food .... nothing, but the number is 36 higher? Why?
