What Causes High Blood Pressure, Profuse Sweating, Breathing Difficulty And Dry Cough?

hi--I am a male 60 years old.blood pressure 112-72 always been healthy.... Over the last 2-3 months I have developed profuse sweating for a period of 5-10 minutes that comes and goes many times a day My chest constricts and breathing feels like thru a straw then goes away. Dry cough I have pain in my right front abdomen, around to my back and groin and am waking to have to urinate 3-5 times a night, (more than usual.) I have had CT scan of chest, pulmonary breathing test, chest X-ray, nuclear stress test --all came back normal. Any suggestions? Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if all the tests are unremarkable then this is nothing to worry and what ever the symptoms are there is due to some functional condition only and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
