General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having,
1, infected hemorrhoids,
2, infected impacted wisdom tooth or some infection in your teeth.
3, Some chronic gastro-intestinal infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine course like Oflox TZ and other antibiotic medicine course.
Consult dentist and get examined.
Some carious teeth or deposition of tartered teeth can give rise to infection.
Keep local oral hygiene clean.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
