What Causes Heel Pain In The Morning?

Hello, I ve noticed a sharp pain when I sleep to, I wake up with a pain in my heel every now and then but usually it s because I slept on it wrong but it hurts unusually bad. Also a few minutes ago I kicked a ball as hard as I could(sort of like a snap kick and my foot had a sudden sharp tingle. Could this be due to low physical activity? I m 6 2 and about 180lbs and 14 years old.

This heel pain esp in early morning is called plantar fascitis or it could be epiphysitis of post heel bone ,. It is better to get an x ray to confirm the diagnosis and take treatment accordingly
