What Causes Heel Area Discomfort With No Other Symptoms?

it feels like I am stepping on a rock, just forward of my heel on the inside of my left foot, maybe to the middle of the arch, but seems to be back just a ways. It doesn t affect any other parts of my legs or foot. I have no lesions, swelling, or lumps that I can feel from rubbing the area. you know what....never mind....I m not paying 15.00 for an answer.
