What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While On Nexplanon?
I ve been on the nexplanon since april 2014 so about two and a half years. When I first got it I bled for a month and then had major symptoms of pregnancy. After that I dint bleed for a year and now I spot but they are always months in between and very irregular. This morning I was bleeding heavily and it was bright red and thin blood. I m also having a lot of symptoms of pregnancy for about two weeks. Whats should I do?

Bleeding and spotting are normal side effects while on Nexplanon implant.
I think you may need to check your implant because it can be possibly expired and cam cause bleeding.
I can advise you to visit a gynecologist.
