What Causes Heavy Spotting During Periods After Taking Morning After Pill?
took morning after pill a week later was spotting for 3 days and then got heavier for 4 days ( which was my period ) because that s when I was supposed to get it and then 4 weeks from the incident I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but I feel like I am does am I just stressed?

Withdrawal bleeding after using emergency contraceptive pills is normal. Sometimes few of them experience heavy bleeding. Even the periods may be early or late.
So no need to get worried. Since pregnancy test is negative, you can relax.
