Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Heavy bleeding could be because of stress or hormonal imbalance. I advise you to take iron supplement for weakness. If the menorrhagia continues for next cycles also then consult your doctor for proper diagnosis.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
