What Causes Heaviness In Chest,weakness In Arms And Nausea?

my 15 year old daughter says that when she got out of the shower, her chest felt heavy, her arms felt weak and she felt nauseous. she is feeling better but her chest continues to feel heavy but she can walk around and is eating. What could this be?
