What Causes Heat Sensation In Head And Rashes All Over Shoulder And Neck?
Hi. I have a very hot head and have a rash all over my shoulders and neck. I have lots of old scars from biking accidents and they have suddenly gone from being barely visible to bright red or purple. Could that be a blood problem? It all happened last night.
