What Causes Heat Intolerance, Flushing Sensation, Headache And Nausea During Menopause?

Age 61 female. Extreme heat sensitivity throughout my life- from a young age, especially during any exercise/activity. Heat intolerance, flushing, prostration if not allowed to cool down. If overheated, headache, nausea, whiteness around lips Post Menopausal Normal Thyroid. Usual body temp 99.5

Given symptoms of heat intolerance or sensitive to heat , headache, nausea, are suggestive of thyroid dysfunction, I would advise you to get done complete thyroid profile, just single test may not give any clue, it has to be TSH, T3 T4 Free T3 T4, thyroid scan, Iodine uptake, thyroglobulin these are to confirm the thyroid disease or to rule this out. if the tests are normal then the given symptoms could be nonspecific.
