What Causes Heartburn While On Doxycycline And Gentamicin?

I am currently taking doxycycline 500 mg 2x a day...I am also using Gentamicin dissolved in saline solution as a nasal rinse. I am trying to figure out which medicine is giving me extreme heartburn, and I have also experienced swelling in my left knee and ankle.

Dear yes doxycycline may cause acute gastritis and stomach burning. Zentamycin may caus Nephro ,ototoxicity and joint swelling.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat with alternate medicine.
