What Causes Heart Racing?
This morning after walking my dog and having breakfast,washing the dog and doing the normal tidying of the house my heart started racing after a while I felt nauseous that went away and my heart didn t stop until after midday went for a lay down turn over on my left side l felt a couple of pops and my heart went to normal again

Sometimes, transient arrhythmia can occur which causes racing heart sensation. I will advise you to undergo an ECG monitoring of heart and echo test if it again happens.
