What Causes Heart Palpitations With Fainting Episodes?

About 2weeks ago I nearly fainted and today I woke up feeling like i was up all night and hav'nt slept for days.I keep taking deep breaths to see if it will keep my heart from beating in my throat.thats what it has felt like all day since I woke up. I have'nt done any thing to my heart rate up. What is this I'm feeling?

In my opinion, we should first rule out arrhythmia in your case.
Arrhythmia is rhythm disturbances in heart.
It can cause palpitations, chest pressure, tightness etc.
It also causes decrease blood supply to brain. And this causes fainting episodes.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2d echo.
4. Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous monitoring of ecg).
You may need anti arrhythmia drugs too on the basis of above reports.
Don't worry, you will be alright. First diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
