For the past 3 weeks my heart has been pounding hard. I have a difficult time falling asleep at night. and when I wake up the pounding starts again. My pressure is usually 100/60 but it has been running up around 110/78. My pulse rate has also been up- generally around 80-90bpm. I do have abdominal discomfort and nausea. Last night I had unusual palpiotations lasting about 1 minute before my heart went back to normal.
